For fitting the forward clutch rubber lip seal.

Without this tool replacement of the lip seal will almost always fail, the numerous methods I have witnessed over the years will lead to either the lip seal being folded over on a small section or creating a tear both of which are terminal for the AP2 automatic transmission.
